Danny Green Talks About His Winding Path From UNC To The Spurs
Danny Green, the former North Carolina Tar Heels star, had a winding path to get to where he is today; a major contributing role on a team bound for the NBA playoffs. Green has played in all 39 games for the San Antonio Spurs this season and is averaging more than 23 minutes per game, including filling in as a starter due to Manu Ginobili's injuries.
It didn't always look like Green would get here as he struggled to find a spot for himself in the NBA. He talks to SB Nation's Erin Sharoni about his pro basketball journey and what the Spurs need to do to come out of the West in May and June. Check the video below the jump.
